Spencer is a very special dog for us. This is his fourth year at River Ridge Ranch, and every year he gets something new and wonderful. He has some special needs and we are so happy to have him with us every year.
Spencer is a Star!
Spencer is a wonderful little guy that we've had the privilege of working with for the past several years. He is deaf, and his special needs are an opportunity for us to grow our skills with dogs that need 100% physical communication. We use hand signs and we make sure he gets immersed in interactions with other dogs that can school him in the language Spencer speaks best ... DOG!
He's wearing the Eagle Feather today for making such big strides in participating in a BIG way with the whole pack.
