Doc always loved to run with the big dogs at Summer Camp, but would hesitate when it came to splashing in the water ... until he finally got up the gumption to go!

 
 

Doc has a breakthrough!

At home in Santa Barbara, Doc loved going to the beach, but would always hesitate - staying just up from the surf's edge. During his trip to River Ridge Ranch Summer Training Camp last year, he finally had the "water breakthrough" we were all hoping for. Not wanting to be left behind ... and being able to run free with the big dogs ... must have been the thing!

It was such a joy to see him overcome his reluctance and start running, chasing, and romping up and down the river bed, obviously having the time of his life!
